Outside of work I am trying to spend as much time as possible with my daughter. She recently started to roll and she is really starting to play with toys and you can see the progress she is making, which is beautiful. Recently I spend my evenings at the Waves festival and I saw a lot of great bands there.

I'm currently reading Positive Leadership by Ruth Seliger and Was Sie (wirklich) über Erziehung wissen müssen and I recently finished reading Iris by Laura Freudenthaler.

Ever since the baby was born I am watching a lot more movies and a lot less TV, which I think I prefer. Recently I saw Tatami directed by Guy Nattiv and Zar Amir Ebrahimi, Summerland directed by Jessica Swale, and The World of Us directed by Yoon Ga-eun.

I have not played video games in months.
